Our brand new clubhouse features fine design, plush custom leather seating, and our top-of-the-line golf simulator. Our Foresight Sports GCHawk will amaze even the most experienced player, but is fun for anyone. The clubhouse is comfortable, beautiful, and entertaining in ALL seasons. 

Available to Black Canyon Wimberley guests and Hill Country locals for company meetings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, holiday parties, birthday parties for all ages, rehearsal dinners,  retreats, anniversary and graduation celebrations, bridal showers & luncheons, workshops, farewell brunches, fireside wine and cheese or coffee and donuts, micro weddings... Pool volleyball, waterpolo setups, and more are available to entertain your group… Let help with your perfect celebration!

Packages start at only $100/hour with complimentary setup time. 

Sunday Pool and Pickleball Parties

Private parties using our Pool Complex with Fireplace Pavilion and/or Pickleball Court and Picnic Pavilion can be accommodated on Sundays. All other days, these amenities are reserved exclusively for our lodging guests and club members.

We have 8 Modern Cabins to sleep 28 of your favorite people. We also have 6 clean and quiet RV Sites that your group can use for bringing RVs for lodging or for more parking for your day guests. When you book all of our lodging for your celebration, this includes all amenities to host your private events.
